Deyaar Development said on Sunday it has awarded a Dh600 million contract to Belhasa Engineering and Contracting Company, which will be the main contractor for Deyaar’s Midtown Afnan and Dania districts.
The contract is to build 1,238 units, and will last for 29 months from the signing date, Deyaar said. The superstructure in Afnan and Dania districts are expected to be completed by December 2018, with the aim to reach 15-20 per cent completion by the end of this year.
