Demand for Sharjah freehold will be sustained

There is a marked shift among residents to convert from tenants to buyers

Dubai: There is a lot of latent demand from investors and residents alike for freehold in Sharjah, according to the developer of Al Rayyan, a ready-to-move development in the Al Nahda district. They are switching to “owning a property by putting the down payment on their dream homes rather than continuing the rental,” said a spokesperson of Al Rayyan International Real Estate Investments and Development. “Our aim is to attract UAE residents and global investors.”
