Dubai: Dubai’s waterfront is featuring fresh attractions. Dubai Properties has launched the Dh800 million Dubai Wharf in Culture Village. The development will be near Al Jaddaf Metro Station and accessible from Al Khail Road/Business Bay Crossing and Al Jaddaf Road.
Special launch rates will be offered to buyers at Cityscape for the four 582 residences across four towers forming part of Dubai Wharf. There will be a further 150 retail and F&B units on the ground and first floors.
Dubai Wharf will overlook a canal promenade adjacent to the Dubai Creek. “The design, positioning and accessibility of the project will also make it one of Dubai’s future landmarks for leisure lifestyle, dining and entertainment,” said Mohammad Al Habbai, Chief Officer of Urban Planning and Infrastructure at Dubai Properties Group.
In line with the natural ebb and flow characteristics of the creek environment, two of the towers feature eight floors while the remaining towers feature seven floors, giving a ridged impression from a bird’s-eye view.
