Arabtec subsidiary signs deal for Dh113m-project

Dubai: Arabtec Holding, the Dubai-listed construction firm, said yesterday its wholly-owned subsidiary Emirates Falcon Electromechanical Co. (EFECO) has entered into a contract for a Dh113-million project.

The contract with Al Naboodah Co is for the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works of Creekside 18 project at the Dubai Creek Harbour, a joint venture of Emaar Properties and Dubai Holding. EFECO will execute works of two 37-storey residential towers. EFECO will execute works on two 37-storey residential towers, and will commence work in July 2017 for a duration of 22 months.
