Arabian Construction wins Emaar’s Jeddah project contract

Dubai: Emaar Middle East has awarded the construction contract for its “Emaar Residences” in Jeddah Gate to Arabian Construction Co. Located in the heart of Jeddah Gate, it features three high-rises with 283 homes including penthouses. Drilling works for the project, launched late last year, have started. ACC is also the contractor for Emaar Square, a dedicated commercial precinct in Jeddah Gate, which is scheduled for handover later this year. (Staff Report)
