Al Ain’s Al Jimi Mall set for expansion

Abu Dhabi: Aldar Properties has confirmed an expansion programme at the Al Jimi Mall in Al Ain.

The property, which attracts 8 million visitors annually, will be able to add another 65 stores to the existing 94, bringing the total leasable area to 75,000 square metres. It will add more retailers as well as a 10-screen cinema. The developer, meanwhile, has also launched the Al Falah Mall — a community retail destination — and scheduled for an opening in 2017.
