Abu Dhabi Marina construction begins at Al Bateen

Dubai: Abu Dhabi-based Bloom Properties, the property and lifestyle development art of National Holding, said on Monday that it has started construction of its waterfront development in Al Bateen.

The development, called Abu Dhabi Marina, will feature 225 residential apartments, executive services apartments, a five-star hotel with 200 rooms, cafés and restaurants.

Covering a total built-up area of 149,719 square metres, the project will have around 3,000 square metres of retail space.
