United Arab Bank approves dividend distribution

Dubai: United Arab Bank said it has approved the distribution of a cash dividend of Dh114.6 million, or 10 per cent of paid up share capital.

The bank will also pay a scrip dividend of Dh229.2 million, or 20 per cent of the paid up share capital, the bank said in a statement.

The last date to participate is on March 11. The dividend is estimated to be paid out to shareholders on March 24.
