Union Properties board to meet on January 22

Dubai: Union Properties said on Monday it plans to have a board meeting on January 22 to review operations of its units.

The company also plans to review its projects, it said in bourse filing.

Union Properties, which started as Union Property Private Limited in 1987, was floated as a public limited company in 1993.

The company engages in property investment development. The company offers a range of services, from property management and interior design to property valuation and consultancy.
