Emaar Properties to hold AGM on April 18

Dubai: Emaar Properties said on Thursday it plans to hold its annual general meeting on April 18 and will discuss the proposal to distribute 15 per cent dividend or 15 fils per share to shareholders.

The company also plans to approve the financial statements published for the year ending December 2015. The company will also consider and approve the payment of bonus of non-executive members amounting to Dh3.5 million.

The company also plans to consider and approve articles of association after obtaining approval from authorities.
