Arabtec postpones EGM, AGM due to lack of quorum

Dubai: Arabtec said on Thursday it has postponed its annual general meeting and extraordinary general meeting, that was due on April 23, due to lack of quorum.
The next meeting will be held on April 30, it said in a statement on the Dubai Financial Market’s website.
Meanwhile, Arabtec’s chairman Khadem Al Qubaisi is set to leave the company after his name was not included on a list of board nominees, the company said earlier in the month.
