Arabtec board meet postponed to February 11

Company intends to review last year's results, discuss project and overall performance

Dubai: Arabtec said on Tuesday it has postponed the board meeting to February 11 due to lack of quorum.

The company plans to review last year’s results and discuss projects and the performance, it said in a statement posted on the Dubai Financial Market.

Arabtec Holding had reported Dh1.02 billion in losses for the third quarter of 2015, bringing the company’s net losses in the first nine months of 2015 to Dh2.34 billion.
