Dubai: Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank (ADCB) will hold a board meeting on January 28 to discuss its fourth-quarter results, the lender said on Monday.

The board will also discuss the agenda for the bank’s annual general meeting (AGM) along with other general matters, the bank said in a statement posted on the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX).

The bank has also asked the ADX to suspend share trading on January 28. ADCB shares were at 0.41 per cent lower at Dh7.35 in a weak Abu Dhabi market on Tuesday.
