Justice Shamlan Al Sawalehi promoted, appointed to DIFC Courts bench

Dubai: His Highness Shaikh Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE, in his capacity as Ruler of Dubai, issued Decree No 31 of 2017, promoting Justice Shamlan Al Sawalehi to judge and appointing him at the Appeal Court of the DIFC (Dubai International Financial Centre) Courts. This decree comes into effect from the date of its issuance and will be published in the Official Gazette.
