DUBAI: His Highness Shaikh Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE, has issued Decree No (39) of 2015 forming the Board of Investment Corporation of Dubai (ICD) in his capacity as Ruler of Dubai. Shaikh Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum is the Chairman of the new Board, and Shaikh Hamdan Bin Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai is the Vice-Chairman. The Board also includes Shaikh Maktoum Bin Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Deputy Ruler of Dubai; Shaikh Ahmad Bin Saeed Al Maktoum, President of Dubai Civil Aviation and Chairman and CEO of Emirates Airline and Group; and Mohammad Ebrahim Al Shaibani. The Board serves for a term of three years.
Shaikh Mohammad Bin Rashid also issued Decree No (10) of 2015 forming the Board of Dubai Financial Support Fund (DFSF) under the Chairmanship of Abdul Rahman Saleh Al Saleh. Members of the Board also include Majid Saif Al Ghurair, the Vice-Chairman; Dr Riad Mohammad Belhoul; Arif Abdul Rahman Ahli; and Hamdan Khalifa Al Shaer. The Board serves for a three-year renewable term.
