Depth of economic relations between UAE and Japan hailed
Dubai: Hani Al Hamli, Secretary-General of Dubai Economic Council (DEC) received a Japanese delegation that included Takeshi Fujimoto, Director of International Economic Affairs Division, Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry, and Satoshi Hashimoto, Director, Jetro Dubai, at the DEC headquarter.
Al Hamli praised the depth of economic relations between UAE and Japan in various areas. He described these relations as a “model” based on strategic vision and based on common interests. He also asserted that these relations will continue to witness growth. “UAE government has adopted a transparent and long-term vision in its international trading relations,” he said, pointing out that Asian economies are the major partners for the UAE and Dubai, with Japan being the foremost among these countries.
