Du reports 40.5% jump in first-quarter profit

Dubai: Emirates Integrated Telecommunications Company PJSC (du) on Thursday reported a 40.5 per cent increase in first-quarter profit to Dh513 million compared to Dh365 million a year ago.

The telecom operator’s revenue for the period rose 5.2 per cent to Dh3.33 billion compared to Dh3.16 billion.
