Xiaomi opens first UAE authorised service centre in Dubai Internet City

Xiaomi has opened its first authorized service center in Dubai. This more than 200 square meter retail location is located in building 20 of Dubai Internet City, the city’s vibrant tech hub, and features a wide range of Xiaomi smartphones and AIoT products.

The official ribbon cutting ceremony took place on Thursday 9th June in the presence of Ronnie Wang, General Manager of Xiaomi Middle East and Levant, Arjun Batra, Country Manager Xiaomi - UAE and Jordan, Wan, CEO, and Han, General Manager both from Hongou Electronics.

Joining the opening’s celebration was also celebrity influencer Zayn Shah, who met with guests at the service center and showcased some of the most advanced features of the latest Xiaomi products, such as Xiaomi 12 Series, Redmi Note 11, and more.

The modern Xiaomi Service Center and Store at Internet City will offer a location for all Xiaomi fans in Dubai who want a hands-on experience before purchase, and it will serve as the official Service Center in the case customers require asstiance or support.

Xiaomi opened its first Xiaomi retail store in Beijing in September 2015 and has since expanded to more than 10,000 retail presence around the world, of which 119 are located in the Middle East.

The Xiaomi Service Center and Store at Internet City Store is the first service center Xiaomi opened in the UAE, with another Xiaomi Store expected to open at the Dubai Mall by the end of the year.
