In new deal, Response Plus and HAL to cooperate on emergency services
Dubai: The Abu Dhabi based medical services provider, Response Plus Holding, has signed a partnership deal with India’s Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd. (HAL) to jointly undertake services in India, the Gulf and the wider Middle East. This extends to emergency medical services, medical evacuation, and helicopter-based emergency services.
“RPM’s expertise in the oil and gas sector in the GCC - with a focus on the medical operations of facilities and emergency ambulance services - allows us to move ahead confidently with this collaboration,” said Tom Louis, CEO of Response Plus.
The signing ceremony took place at Aero India 2023 in Bengaluru. HAL, the premier aerospace company in India, has developed core competence in the design, development, manufacture, overhaul and upgrade of advanced fighters, trainers, helicopters, transport aircraft and associated parts.
“One of our major areas of strength is medical emergency preparedness where critical operation is collaborated with our own operation control centre team,” said Louis. “We can make a real difference in this field with this collaboration.”
Response Plus Holding is one of the largest integrated private health care service providers in the Middle East and in markets such as India and Nigeria.
