Dubai: Two F&B focussed businesses – Gates Hospitality and Tribe Creators - in the UAE have joined forces.
The two are ‘merging with an equal partnership,” said a Gates Hospitality spokesperson. “What Tribe Creators and Gates Hospitality offer is very different yet complements each other. With the addition, we can covers market research, brand development, operations as well as the entire business analysis.”
Naim Maadad is Chief Executive and founder of Gates Hospitality, while Tribe’s Managing Partner is Enrico Clementi. “Tribe Creators offer consultancy services including brand and concept development, whereas Gates Hospitality are pioneers in operations,” said Maadad. “We see this as a collaboration where we complement each other with our services rather than compete.”
Gates Hospitality is the owning company of homegrown brands such as Reform Social & Grill Dubai, folly, as well as Publique, , Bistro Des Arts and Six Senses Zighy Bay. There is also the Red Farm London at Covent Garden.
Tribe has ‘helped shape many of the region’s top hospitality venues,” said Maadad. “Now, under the Gates Hospitality umbrella, we are looking forward to the continued success and growth of Tribe.”
