In a landmark event celebrating the UAE’s commitment to exceptional customer experiences, Sheikh Humaid Bin Khalid Al Qasimi inaugurated the sixth annual Customer Happiness Awards (CHA) at The Westin Dubai Mina Seyahi on October 18. Joined by business partner Mohamed Al Banna, Group CEO & Founder of Lead Ventures & Connect Lead, Sheikh Humaid emphasized the importance of these awards in promoting innovative, customer-focused strategies across the nation.

Now in its sixth year, the CHA has become a premier benchmark for recognizing businesses that excel in customer engagement. With a record-breaking 53 companies honored across 16 categories, the event underscored the UAE’s dedication to placing customer satisfaction at the forefront of corporate agendas.

The evening celebrated trailblazing companies across various industries. Dulsco won Gold for Customer Happiness Team of the Year, while Autostrad Rent A Car received the Gold for Customer Happiness Company of the Year - SME.
