Dubai’s iconic SeaWorld restaurant is hands down one of the city’s most favourite restaurant choices for anyone looking to enjoy a hearty meal of fresh seafood. This home-grown restaurant is a Dubai meets Bangkok concept, where you are not only given the option of local produce, but also have the choice of selecting your cooking method and sauces ranging from your preference of traditional Thai and Emirati flavours. With a rather vast live seafood station, saltwater tanks and an extensive menu, the customers are always spoiled for choice.

Originally located in one of Sheikh Zayed Road’s oldest buildings, the Safest way Complex, SeaWorld was launched in 2001 as one of the few standalone seafood restaurants in the city and quickly became a sensation among diners from all corners of Dubai, and in particular Emiratis and GCC nationals.

Now, in its new location, also on Sheikh Zayed Road, the restaurant is perfect for families, groups, corporate outings as well as the oh-so-often walk-in customer. The restaurant’s main highlights include the saltwater tanks and market-style displays that give customers the choice of customizing their preferred seafood mixes. It is these distinctive features that make SeaWorld one of the most popular dining establishments in Dubai and continues to be the place of choice for seafood lovers, even after over 20 years in business. The guaranteed delicious food, excellent quality and great service are all a reflection of SeaWorld’s success and longevity.

“Being a part of SeaWorld’s journey has been an absolute privilege and a pleasure,” says Abdulla Kamber, SeaWorld’s Managing Director. ‘We have now been in business for over twenty years, and it has been a source of immense pride to watch it grow from strength to strength, seeing the familiar faces of families and regular customers come and go, as well as the new faces coming in through our doors. When you’re a part of this industry, it’s a great feeling to see people enjoy your food and appreciate the heart and soul that goes into making any establishment what it is. And despite the ups and downs of recent times, we are grateful to still be standing, and needless to say, my team and I look forward to the next twenty years.’
