Founded by Saudi Arabia’s General Authority for Military Industries (GAMI), World Defense Show is a fully integrated and future focused defense event set to showcase the latest technological developments from around the globe and demonstrate defense interoperability across all domains.
Being an official member of the American Chamber of Commerce in Saudi Arabia (AmChamKSA), Resecurity, Inc brought cutting-edge cyber threat intelligence (CTI), Dark Web monitoring (DWM) and digital risk management (DRM) solutions oriented on the Aerospace & Defense industry (A&D).
Hosted from March 6-9, the World Defense Show addressed the industry’s most pressing challenges, showcased pioneering innovative solutions on display throughout the exhibition halls and offered attendees access to network with leading experts from around the globe. The conference featured over 40 sessions and hundreds of attendees comprised of Saudi Arabia’s key leadership, international delegations and prominent industry decision makers from around the world.
Other exhibitors included Airbus, Al Hamra Group, AeroVironment, Boeing, Edge Group, Honeywell, HawkEye 360, Indra, Jacobs, Leonardo, Naval Group, Navistar Defense, Raytheon, Rolls-Royce, Saab, Thales and industry leading defense corporations. According to independent statistics, the global Aerospace & Defense (A&D) market is expected to grow to $755.24 billion this year, and may reach $1047.07 billion by 2026.
AI-powered cybersecurity interoperability
A key focus for this year’s event was cybersecurity, with Saudi Arabia investing heavily in its digital transformation and the emerging cyber threats that have come with it, focusing on international partnerships, security management solutions and cybersecurity crisis response. AI-powered cybersecurity intelligence and technologies are expected to play a key role in this digitalization by decreasing time to identify cyber threats, saving labor cost, reducing human errors, maximizing ROI and much more.
Accordingly, Resecurity introduced their AI-powered cyber threat intelligence solutions that provide proactive early-warning alerts and comprehensive visibility of digital risks targeting an organization’s ecosystem. Expanding cyber intelligence in the Middle East
To meet the growing need of advanced cyber threat intelligence in the Middle East, Resecurity has invested in local staff and partnered with several leading information security consultancy firms and managed security services providers (MSSP) in the region.
