The tournament saw participation from over 200 players from various Emirates in UAE, across four competitive categories Women's Singles, 48+ Category, Men's Doubles, and Men's Singles. The event marked a significant milestone in the mall's vibrant community events calendar, the organisers said.
The event was a resounding success, as spectators were thrilled by the electrifying atmosphere and the high level of competition, according to the organisers.
The RAK Mall Cup was held in association with Yonex, known for its commitment to badminton excellence. The partnership with Yonex ensured top-quality equipment and support, adding to the professionalism and appeal of the tournament, said the organisers.
Coinciding with the Olympics in Paris 2024, the RAK Mall Cup celebrated the spirit of sportsmanship and athleticism.
