Floareá Residence units start Dh515,000 as Dubai’s emerging areas capture offplan action
Dubai: A new wave of offplan launches are coming up in Dubai’s emerging locations, hoping that end-user and investor buying will head in that direction too.
Mashriq Elite Developments is putting together a Dh150 million project, the Floareá Residence, in Arjan. EmSquare is the engineering consultant.
“We have paid meticulous attention to every detail, from the layout of bedrooms and bathrooms to the project's exterior and interior, amenities, and sustainable ethos,” said Kamran Muhammad, CEO of Mashriq Elite Developments. “We were committed to deliver precisely what the discerning clientele of Dubai demanded.”
The project comprises 206 residences, with prices starting from Dh515,000 to Dh1.25 million. Completion is scheduled for first quarter 2025.
