Kanoo Energy, Adage Automation launch Adage Kanoo Analytical Industry

Dubai: Kanoo Energy, a division of The Kanoo Group UAE, and Adage Automation, an India-based gas analytical solutions provider, have announced the launch of their joint venture, Adage Kanoo Analytical Industry (AKAI). The venture, established in the UAE, aims to support the region’s gas analytics sector while contributing to the UAE’s target of achieving net-zero emissions by 2050, according to a media release.

The AKAI facility will provide services such as local design, engineering, and manufacturing. It will focus on delivering customized solutions for industries including oil and gas, petrochemicals, and utilities. The facility also integrates digitalization and data analytics to enhance operational efficiency, safety, and compliance with environmental standards.

According to Kanoo Industrial & Energy President Ali Abdulla Kanoo, the partnership is intended to address growing analytical needs in the GCC region. “The facility allows us to meet regional demand while offering tailored solutions to industries,” Kanoo stated.

Dr Abhijit Chatterjee, CEO and Co-founder of Adage Automation, highlighted the joint venture’s emphasis on local manufacturing and innovation, saying, “Our focus is on creating solutions for the UAE and beyond through this collaboration.”
