Kaizen Asset Management Services (Kaizen AMS), the first tech-enabled property management company in Dubai, has been recognized at the prestigious second edition of the Smart Built Environment Awards held on the 8th September 2021. The winners were announced at The St. Regis Dubai, The Palm where the Awards Ceremony took place.
Smart Built Environment Awards is the first-ever award that recognizes the innovation and achievements in the industry that manages and maintains the beautiful buildings that adorn the region. Kaizen AMS won the Smart Built Environment Awards under the ‘Customer Happiness Award’ ‘and Partnership Award - Proptech’.
‘Customer Happiness Award’ is an elite recognition given to a Community Management Company that has made a profound impact on the occupiers and the community they manage at large. Kaizen was the top choice of the jury for the ‘Customer Happiness Award’ for its unprecedented initiatives, and campaigns launched to drive residents’ happiness and boost satisfaction rates at its 100+ managed communities across Dubai in the last 12 months. Under this award category, Kaizen AMS competed with the other leading players like Ittihad Community Management, Provis, Jumeirah Golf Estates, and Enova.
Kaizen AMS is also a runner up in the prestigious ‘Community Management Company of the Year’ award category for its unique digital initiatives to navigate through the pandemic with continuous engagement with its 22,000 customers through video / online meetings and continued coordination and interaction with its FM and other service providers to ensure a perfectly comfortable and secure community environment.
‘Community Management Company of the Year’ award recognises the most outstanding Community Management Company in the region over the past 12 months.
Under this award category, Kaizen AMS competed with Emaar Community management and Jumeirah Golf Estates. Kaizen was also a runner-up in the ‘Adoption of Tech Award-Property’ for successfully adopting a PropTech product or solution within their business.
Kaizen AMS is also an undisputed winner of the eminent ‘Partnership Award - Proptech’ for working alongside its technology partner Socienta in driving the digital transformation at its managed properties as well as across the UAE real estate and tackling the most pressing challenges faced by the sector through technology.
