134 students from 53 nationalities graduate this year
International Community Schools (ICS) marked a momentous week of celebrations as four of its campuses honored the Class of 2025 in a two-day graduation event series that reflected academic excellence, cultural diversity, and personal achievement.
Held on 29 May at ICS Mushrif, the school's 22nd graduation ceremony celebrated 109 students from 42 nationalities. This year’s graduates have secured placements in prestigious universities across the UAE and abroad.
Notable institutions include Khalifa University, Zayed University, the American University of Sharjah (AUS), and Sorbonne University Abu Dhabi—reflecting the school’s strong academic foundation through the International Baccalaureate (IB) Programme and Advanced Placement (AP) Courses.
“This celebration is not only about academic accomplishments—it is a reflection of character, perseverance, and the values our students carry forward,” said Dr. Ziad Aoudi, Principal of ICS Mushrif.
“As Sheikh Zayed wisely said, ‘Wealth is not in money. Wealth lies in people.’ Today, we celebrate the true wealth of our nation—our youth.”
The ceremony also recognised students for their outstanding achievements that exemplify ICS’s balanced approach to education. Among them:
● Khaled Ragab – 1st Place, Sheikh Zayed Quran Recitation Award
● Hamad El Meherbi – Winner, UAE Cycling Championship
● Taleen Maroof – Best Delegate, Model United Nations
● Ahmed Helal – Top achiever in sciences and mental math
● Ahmed Wajdi – Jiu-Jitsu Champion
On 30th May, ICS hosted a joint graduation ceremony at the ICS Al Danah Theatre, marking:
The 2nd Graduation Ceremony for ICS Al Danah
The 1st Graduation Ceremonies for ICS Khalifa City and ICS Al Falah
The celebration honoured 25 graduates from ICS Al Danah representing 11 nationalities, along with their peers from the new branches. The ceremony was filled with reflections, gratitude, and school spirit.
“We gathered to applaud their academic success but also to honour their resilience and character,” said Julia Flavin, Principal of ICS Al Danah. “They leave behind a legacy that will inspire future students.”
Academic highlights at ICS Al Danah included:
● Omar Shahid Yakubbhai Duivala – 100% in Pearson Edexcel Pure 4 Mathematics
● Ammar Osama – Full marks in Biology Unit 4
● Three graduates – Straight A’s across all subjects
Graduates across branches are pursuing higher education at institutions such as Abu Dhabi University, University of Debrecen, and University of Sharjah, with many entering medicine, computer engineering, and AI.
As our students step into the next stage of their academic and professional lives, the school community extends its congratulations and unwavering support for their future endeavors.
We believe that they will share the message echoed throughout the ceremony: “Be a voice, not an echo.”
