Driving India-UAE partnerships through meaningful dialogues and visionary leadership
Dubai: Coinciding with National Day, the Indian Business & Professional Council (IBPC) Dubai inaugurated a new season of its much-anticipated India Dialogues series with a compelling event at the Grand Hyatt Hotel earlier this week.
The series aims to foster vital conversations that strengthen India-UAE ties, spotlighting India’s remarkable progress and the essential role of global partnerships in shaping its future.
Bringing together thought leaders, policymakers, and industry experts, the event emphasized the importance of such dialogues in enhancing mutual understanding and collaboration between the two nations.

They provided invaluable insights into India’s transformative growth, the pivotal role of education, and the dynamic leadership driving its national progress.
The event began with the inauguration of Modialogue and an engaging fireside chat between Stuti Sinha and Dr Fernandes, highlighting India’s vision for development and the strategic importance of education.
In her keynote address, Smriti Irani shed light on key government initiatives to empower women and uplift marginalized communities, reaffirming India’s commitment to social equity. Dr Chauhan emphasized the critical role of education in fueling national growth, while Dr Fernandes discussed the inspiration behind his book and the profound influence of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s Mann Ki Baat series in shaping national discourse.
The occasion also marked the official launch of Modialogue and featured Shri B.G. Krishnan, Consul (Economic, Trade, Commerce & Education), who highlighted the strategic importance of India-UAE relations and the potential for deeper bilateral collaboration across various sectors.
As the host of this seminal series, IBPC Chairman Siddharth Balachandran reaffirmed the council’s role as a catalyst for high-level discussions promoting business and cultural ties between India and the UAE. Governor of IBPC Dubai, Dinesh Kothari, concluded the event by celebrating India’s global achievements and the Indian diaspora’s contributions to the success of both nations.
