Dubai: The Huawei Watch Fit 2 continues the design philosophy of the series, bringing in a larger 18.6 per cent display.
The Active and Classic Editions come in silicon or leather straps, and the fashionable Milanese strap.
Personalize
With Tap to Transfer, users can easily transfer images from their smartphone to the smartwatch, with the image displayed fully on the square design of the smartwatch. Open the photo of choice on your Huawei smartphone; hold it over your watch close to the NFC module at the back of the smartphone; and the photo of choice will appear on the Watch Fit 2 as a customized watch face.
Manage daily schedules
The watch features a smart assigant allowing users to be notified of upcoming calendar events. It also comes with a new voice assistant button. (Note: Voice Assistant is only supported in select countries and regions and only by phones running EMUI 10.1 or later.)
Healthy living
Users can activate Healthy Living Management by opening the app on the Watch Fit 2, and opening the Health App on the smartphone to enable access; answer a series of questions to formulate a customised health plan; and access sleep, stress, SpO2, Heart Rate on the watch and smartphone via the Health App.
Music to go
The Watch Fit 2 supports offline music playback; independent storage; and transmission and downloading of songs. It allows users to manage playback through mobile apps and enjoy music anytime, anywhere. This feature can store up to 5,000 songs and is available via OTA updates.
Working out
There are 97 workout modes and a built-in independent animated fitness coach across seven selected workout modes. To activate the voice fitness coach, click the crown on the side of the watch to access the chessboard launcher; scroll and tap the fitness coach app to launch; and select any of the seven workout modes to start the animated voice fitness coach.
