Emirates airline launches portal for travel trade partners
Digital gateway will offer instant access to airline's suite of products. services
Dubai: Emirates airline on Monday rolled out an online gateway to serve its travel trade partners.
The portal will allow participants to securely access a range of information on Emirates’ products, services and policies, and in turn obtain technical support. It also offers self-service tools and support, and in-built automation of business processes, the Dubai-based carrier said in a statement.
“This is a bespoke platform which is unique in the industry, and it allows us to offer a truly personalized experience based on our partners’ profiles and needs,” said Adnan Kazim, Chief Commercial Officer. “This launch comes at an especially critical in our industry, where the need for the most up-to-date travel information is an essential business enabler.”
The portal, built on International Air Transport Association (IATA) standards, will give access to Emirates’ content and platforms such as Dubai Experience.
