DMU Dubai has announced a wide range of scholarships which will allow countless deserving and ambitious students in the UAE to benefit from industry-accredited learning programmes designed by DMU Leicester which has won several national and international accolades.
The university was in the news earlier this year, when its careers and employability service, known as DMU Works win the Best University Careers/Employability Service at the UK National Undergraduate Employability (NUE) Awards in February 2021.
A wide range of student demographics will be covered by the DMU Dubai Scholarship Programme and they fall under family discounts, international students' discounts, sports scholarships, community engagement scholarships, students with determination, merit scholarships, corporate discounts, full advance fee scholarships and early bird discounts.
DMU Dubai will start its first academic year in October with employability-focused undergraduate and postgraduate programmes that include BA (Hons) Fashion Communication & Styling, BA (Hons) Interior Design, B.Sc. (Hons) Psychology, BA (Hons) Business and Management, BA (Hons) Accounting and Finance, Law LLB (Hons), BSc (Hons) Cyber Security and B Eng (Hons) Mechanical Engineering and the MBA (Global).
The university will also offer a Foundation programme with Specialist Pathways that lead to their chosen undergraduate programme. This programme will help to bridge any learning gaps students may encounter later.
De Montfort University Dubai makes special arrangements to ensure that international students enjoy hassle-free education. The university provides 12-month visas for students enrolled in any of their programmes and this is renewable each year. On-campus student residences are provided on a twin-sharing basis with separate buildings for male and female students, but is subject to availability.
Prospective students can approach the Admissions Office to avail scholarships, on or before the next Open Day to be held on 27th August, 2021 from 4 pm to 8 pm at the campus in Dubai.
