The year has started off on the winning side for the growing marketing agency, Triumph Consultancy. This week, the CEO of Triumph Consultancy sets a commendable example for other young aspiring women Entrepreneurs by winning the Best Emerging Entrepreneur Award 2023 at the recently held, Inspire Leadership Global Awards ceremony. It was a great event celebrating the success and achievements of many leaders from around the globe.
Global innovators, technology experts, business icons and industry leaders participated in this event to endorse the achievements of rising talent in business and multi-sector leadership. The ceremony was headed by Shiekh Majid Rashid Al Mualla, who encouraged women entrepreneurs in specific to follow their dreams and keep building innovative ventures to make greater contributions to the fast-progressing economy of the UAE.
Women entrepreneurs make an integral pillar in the UAE economy and the rising number of women in business in the UAE is an indicator that the country values both genders. Talking about her aspirations and the motive behind launching her own venture, Basma Eissa states that it has not been an easy journey for her due to cultural boundaries imposed by her family, however, she is glad that she is achieving her goals steadily. Basma is an expatriate in Dubai who is now leading a growing marketing agency that serves multiple clients from all sectors in building their market presence.
While expressing her feelings during the awards ceremony, Basma states, “My journey was not easy at all and I didn't have enough support from the surrounding environment, I had to build myself from scratch and work a lot on myself until I earned everything I have today”.
Basma has made some career shifts. She decided to launch her own business to make her mark in the field of marketing. One of her main passions is public speaking, which has interested her since she was a child and since then she has moderated panels at different corporate events and conferences. She loves to mentor others to help them achieve success in business. She believes a venture of one’s own allows a woman to exercise her own talents and merits freely.
