Dubai: The Bahi Ajman Palace Hotel and Coral Beach Resort Sharjah has contracted Amsaan to provide the tech solutions to help with online interpretation for the hotels’ guests with hearing issues.

The hotels had organised specialised events like the Ramadan Press Tour for hearing impaired bloggers from the UK in partnership with Amsaan Accessible Tours. These initiatives had helped with ‘breaking down communication barriers and providing a more inclusive and supportive environment’ for these guests. It comes with immediate access to support, ‘ensuring they receive the same high-quality, personalised stay as other guests’.
