Aloft Palm Jumeirah takes pride and great confidence in sharing the advancement of Mohamed Saeed from his position as Rooms Operation Manager to Director of Operations.
Always moving forward, Aloft’s foundation roots are redefining the face of hospitality whilst staying true to the belief that a great design experience should be for everyone - guests and team members alike.
Saeed’s savvy journey started in 2009 as Front Desk Agent in Le Royal Méridien in Abu Dhabi. His passion to engage with people has become his utmost interest in the same property. His forward thinking and enthusiasm towards guests has left him thriving further as Front -office Supervisor to becoming Hotel Duty Manager.
The fun, now has just started and the exciting part is yet to come! His optimism and well roundedness have delivered him as the acting Director of Guest Services. He is highly independent and very dependable, proven qualities landing him a Task Force role in Le Méridien Vienna, Austria in the capacity of Front Office Manager.
Mohamed has always been curious in finding new ways to enhance guest’s experience. With his forward thinking attitude, he became part of the Pre-opening team of Aloft Palm Jumeirah as Front Office Manager in 2017. Thriving a magnificent lead in Front Office, Housekeeping and Recreation, he has been appointed as Rooms Operation Manager.
An excellent performer with over 13 years of experience in the industry, Mohammed is very much involved in Marriott’s initiatives and programs and currently, he is a pro- active member of UAE MBC Rooms Council and Marriott Bonvoy Advisory Board.
Mohamed is indeed an individual who does not just stand out from the crowd but the type who takes the lead and pursues excellence!
