UAE developer Reportage offers straight 10% discounts on special sales day
Company to hold sales day on April 3 for its Dubai and Abu Dhabi projects
Dubai: Get a straight 10 per cent discount – that’s what a developer is offering for its projects in Abu Dhabi and Dubai. Reportage Properties is holding a one-day sale tomorrow (April 3) in Dubai, where for one of its latest projects, Alexis Tower, it is extending the discount to even 15 per cent.
“There is confidence in buyers for Reportage projects due to the progress achieved on construction works ahead of schedule,” said Islam Ahmed Suleiman, CEO.
Reportage is developing 10 projects that add nearly 4,000 units in Abu Dhabi and Dubai. On Saturday, investors can book by paying a 10 per cent down payment and then the rest via 1 per cent monthly installments.
The Alexis Tower, which will have 378 apartments, is located on Sheikh Zayed Road opposite the Emirates Exchange Metro Station. Delivery is set for the last quarter of 2022.
