Dubai: Samana Developers has started handovers at its Dh75 million Samana Greens project at Arjan, located near Dubai Miracle Garden. The Building Completion Certificate (BCC) last month by Dubai Development Authority.
The handover ceremony was chaired by Marwan Bin Ghalita, CEO of Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA). The G+4 Samana Greens sits on a built-up of 119,580 square feet and features 122 units along with six retail spaces at the ground level.
Imran Farooq, CEO of Samana Developers, said: “Keeping the momentum and consistent in construction was an uphill task during the pandemic lockdown period. In a way, we have set a new benchmark.”
It managed to fast-track the construction by introducing double shift of workers. It now plans to launch three new residential projects this year.
