In less than 10 days, Dubai will be welcoming visitors from all over the world to the long-awaited Expo 2020. In preparation, Key One Holiday Homes is gearing up to host a mass influx of people.

The event is expected to attract around 25 million visitors and a $33 billion economic boost.

"We are excited for Expo 2020 and everything that it brings into the market! A boost in the demand for short-term rentals is no surprise. In fact, we’re expecting a 55% increase in revenue during the duration of the event," said Diana Magariu, CEO of Key One Realty Group, adding that with the government opening two new metro stations on route to Expo 2020, the place will be easily accessible from her holiday homes since most of them are located near a tram and metro station.”

According to Key One Holiday Homes, opting for a short-term rental gives you a fuller experience than staying in a hotel. One, you can experience living like a local, two, you can enjoy peace and quiet and handpick your view, and three, you can stay in amazing places accessible to everything for a more affordable price and experience the same quality of service.

“We are not just a Holiday Home. We are a Holiday Home that offers a hotel experience. Our team is a group of individuals with experience of more than 30 years in the hospitality industry and more than 17 years in real estate,” Diana said.

“Our team’s extensive profile makes us an invaluable partner ready to assist all your short-term rentals requirements and more. We are able to offer a hotel experience at the price and comfort of a holiday home,” she added.

Dubai-based vacation rental, Key One Holiday Homes, launched in 2015 under the Key One Realty Group umbrella and has since been providing short-term lodging in popular hub spots like Dubai Marina, Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC), Dubai Hills Estate, Business Bay, and Downtown Dubai.

Dubai Expo 2020 will be the first mega event hosted in the Middle East after the lockdown induced by Covid-19. To ensure the safety of everyone, thermal cameras at arrival will be used to check the temperature of visitors before they enter. Everyone will be required to wear a mask at all times and maintain a distance of 2 meters between each other. Appropriate facilities and staff will be available to manage any potential medical issue on site along with sanitizers positioned at regular intervals throughout the site.
