Investcorp, through its portfolio company Calligo Ltd., has acquired Itomic Voice & Data Ltd (Itomic), an IT managed services provider. Jersey-based Calligo was backed by Investcorp Technology Partners with more than $20 million to help accelerate its product innovation and international expansion plans.

The addition of Itomic Voice & Data makes Calligo "one of the largest IT service providers in Ireland, with sizeable presence in both Cork and Dublin – Ireland’s two largest economic regions.
