Dubai: HeliDubai, Dubai’s premier helicopter service provider, has resumed the aerial tour operations since July 17. This Eid, HeliDubai is inviting all UAE Residents to avail a 40 per cent discount on all the helicopter tours offered.
“Our operation has been reviewed by the aviation authorities with regards to the recent health issues,” says Larry Pentz, director of HeliDubai. “The helicopters are disinfected after each flight. We have made changes to the check-in and flight procedures. Our priority is to provide the highest levels of passenger safety and comfort. “
HeliDubai was started by the Government of Dubai in 2005 to promote tourism, assist with VIP transfers, especially for those who wanted to invest in the city and finally to play a part in the development of the television and film industry.

HeliDubai has a fleet of helicopters and operates from its helipad at Dubai Police Academy, close to the Mall of the Emirates. The aerial tours start at 12 minutes. There are also 17-minute and 22-minute tours. The longer tours take you from modern Dubai to the historic areas around the Dubai Creek.
