DBFS to launch unit for Sharia services

Dubai: Direct Broker for Financial Services (DBFS), a subsidiary of Mubasher Financial Services that operates the Mubasher Trade System in the Gulf and other many other markets, said it will launch a new division to cater to the needs of investors looking to deal with Sharia-compliant securities.

It said the new service is part of its ongoing strategy to provide a comprehensive range of financial services for all Middle East investors.

"Mubasher is pleased to offer Mubasher Islami as a ground-breaking service facility designed specifically to address the requirements of stock and financial market players who want to invest in Sharia-compliant securities," said Ebrahim Abu Gharbieh, the general manager of DBFS.
