South Africa tops Emirates African destination list

Dubai: South Africa has featured in twice Emirate’s top five passenger destinations in Africa, the airline has said.

Johannesburg and Cape Town feature first and third in the list along side Lagos, Nigeria (second), Cairo, Egypt (fourth) and Nairobi, Kenya (fifth).

South Africa is also Emirates Holidays’ overall leading destination in Africa, with Kenya, Tanzania, Morocco and Zimbabwe also in the top five.

Emirates operates 161 flights a week from Dubai to Africa, to 25 destinations in 21 countries.
