FedEx Express announces President for new Mideast region

Dubai: FedEx Express, a subsidiary of FedEx Corp, said on Thursday it has named David Ross as president of its new Middle East, Indian Subcontinent and Africa Region (MEIA) region.

Ross will lead the region from Dubai, according to a statement from FedEx Express.

Ross, who joined Fed Ex Express in 1992, has spent over thirty years in the global logistics industry and has held a number of executive level positions.

Ross most recently served as senior vice president for MEIA Operations under the former Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) region.
