Etihad Airways welcomes 217 graduates
They will join divisions across the airline as pilots, managers, contact-centre staff and technical engineers
Abu Dhabi: Etihad Airways has welcomed the latest group of graduates from its Career Development Programme to join divisions across the airline as pilots, managers, contact-centre staff and technical engineers.
A total of 217 graduates, including 65 Emirati cadet pilots, 20 of other nationalities, 74 Emirati graduate managers, 44 Emirati contact-centre staff and 14 Emirati technical trainees, were recognised at a ceremony held in Abu Dhabi on Monday night.
The airline said that 52 cadet pilots in this latest group will join Etihad Airways as second officers, having completing an 18-month training course at Horizon Flight Academy in Al Ain.
