Emirates is increasing capacity on its daily services to Entebbe, Uganda, by 12 per cent from October 1, the airline said on Monday.

Emirates will fly from Dubai to Entebbe with a Boeing 777-200LR (long range) from October, replacing the smaller Airbus A330-200 currently used on the route, according to an emailed statement.

The 777 will feature eight first class suites, 42 business class seats and 216 seats in economy.

Emirates started flights to Entebbe in 2000 and later launched direct services in 2007.
