500 Nakheel Al Furjan plots booked on launch day

Dubai: Nakheel said on Thursday its newly-released plots at Al Furjan drew investment values of Dh790 million. The Dubai developer said in a statement that 500 residential plots were snapped up by eager investors, many of whom queued since Wednesday morning to secure their land. The plots, located between Shaikh Zayed Road and Shaikh Mohammad Bin Zayed Road, close to Ibn Battuta Mall, range from 4,800 square feet to 13,000 square feet. Last month, Nakheel launched 400 new homes for sale at Al Furjan.
