Abu Dhabi: Three Somalis were killed and scores of people injured when a group of terrorists launched a car bomb on a UAE relief convoy in the Somali capital of Mogadishu on Wednesday, a WAM report quoted the UAE Ambassador to Somalia Mohammad Ahmad Al Hammadi as saying.

He said the UAE aid workers in the convoy were not injured. The ambassador said the UAE embassy is in contact with the authorities to fly the wounded to the UAE for treatment.
