Fire at Belgrade old age care home kills six

Belgrade: A fire broke out at an elderly care home on the outskirts of the Serbian capital Belgrade on Monday, killing six people and injuring several others, police said.

“This is a great tragedy but it could have been much worse,” Luka Causic, a police officer overseeing emergency services in the area said, adding that the blaze erupted around 3:30 am local time.
