Pakistan: This airline opens cabin crew jobs for unmarried woman only

Dubai: Pakistani private airline AirSial has launched a walk-in recruitment drive for female cabin crew positions, specifying that only unmarried women are eligible to apply.

The walk-in interviews will be held on August 20, 2025, at a five-star hotel in Lahore, according to the airline's official announcement.

Eligibility Criteria

As outlined in the job advertisement, applicants must meet the following requirements:

  • Gender: Female only

  • Marital Status: Single (unmarried)

  • Age: 18–25 years

  • Education: Minimum Intermediate (FA/FSc) or A-Levels

  • Height: Minimum 5 feet 2 inches

  • Weight: As per Body Mass Index (BMI) standards

  • Skills: Strong communication in English and Urdu, a well-groomed appearance, and a professional demeanor

Candidates are required to bring the following documents for the interview:

  • Original Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC)

  • One passport-sized photograph

  • Updated resume

  • Educational certificates (Matric and Intermediate/A-Level)

Compensation and Benefits

AirSial is offering a starting salary of PKR 100,000 (approximately AED 1,315) for selected candidates. The airline also provides travel benefits and additional perks as part of the employment package.

The recruitment is part of the airline’s ongoing efforts to expand its cabin crew team and enhance passenger service quality.
