Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah was seen cycling through the picturesque town of Pahalgam ahead of a key meeting with tour and travel operators.
The meeting, held earlier in the day, focused on strategies to revive tourism in the Kashmir Valley, a crucial sector for the region’s economy. Nearly 60 prominent tour operators from Maharashtra and Gujarat attended, aiming to boost confidence and signal that Kashmir is open for tourists. Abdullah noted that the operators came voluntarily to support Kashmir’s tourism revival.
